I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train
filled the temple.
Sometimes, something
has to die, in order for us to see the Lord. Or to put it another way;
sometimes there are people or things that block us from seeing the Lord. In the
Song of Solomon, the woman was looking for her loved one. And she says, not
before I left them, I found the one my soul loves.
Are you ready to let a
relationship die, so you can see the Lord. Are you ready to let go of some
friends that are hindering you from experiencing greater things in the Kingdom
of God? What will you choose? Your friends or the Lord? When your love for him
is great enough, you will leave “them” for him.
