Matt
11:12 And from the days of
John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the
violent take it by force.
The
word “suffers violence” means to push yourself through a crowd. I get the
picture of a store having a big sale, being announced a week in advance. F ex
the new I phone 7 coming out for a ridiculous low price. And only the first
hundred will get it.
It is almost like Jesus is saying. I am opening up the doors of grace. Come freely, like Isiah said : Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.

Jesus
is saying that as soon as people find out about this insane offer, they will
push themselves in. They will run to get the price. Heaven rewards the hungry.
Those who are desperate. How hungry are
you? How desperate do you want this offer?
