Get back up again

Prov 24:16For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.

When you fall the Devil will say: The weak fall. The sinners fall. The looser fall. The bad Christians fall….
But the Bible says, the righteous fall.  What makes you righteous is that you get back up again. In Heb 12:1 the Bible tells us to put away every weight AND the sin that so easily besets us… In other words, the WEIGHT and the SIN is two different things. Sin is what makes you fall. Gets you down. The WEIGHT is what is keeping you down. That is condemnation. Accusation. That’s why the prophet said rejoice not against me my enemies. If I fall, I will NOT stay down. I will get back up.

What is the difference between Peter and Judas? They both failed Jesus. They both betrayed him. One got up and became the greatest leader of the disciples. The other one stayed down, and was forever remembered as the traitor.

Paul says to the Ephesian church. Having done ALL to stand. The question Jesus askes when he comes to get his bride is not how many times we have fallen. How many mistakes we have done. He is only interested in one thing: Do you STAND.

So get back up. Come to the throne of Grace in the tome of need. Why should you get back up? Because you are righteous!!
